LAVOLÉ is not standing still – but of course we have taken some precautions to ensure maximum health safety for our clients, patients and team.

The biggest change first: we currently have no waiting room. Accompanying persons are of course welcome to bring & pick up patients and clients, but unfortunately it is currently not possible to wait at LAVOLÉ.

In general, as with influenza and other acute respiratory infections, please observe coughing and sneezing rules, good hand hygiene, wear a mask and keep a distance of about 1.5 meters from other people. This will protect you and us from contracting the Corona virus. We also refrain from shaking hands at LAVOLÉ. People who suffer from respiratory illnesses should stay home if possible and not come to therapy.

We have also assigned our cleaning staff to implement the cleaning of LAVOLÉ rooms according to the recommended guidelines of the Robert Koch Institute. This means that door handles, faucets and other public areas are cleaned even more thoroughly and, above all, disinfected.

Our entire team also works according to strict guidelines – for example, all therapies are performed at a distance and without physical contact, and any equipment needed is disinfected after each use.

Should an infection occur at LAVOLÉ, we have a set protocol for informing all contacts and taking further steps in a structured and planned manner. All the measures we take here are constantly checked to make sure they are up to date and adjusted if necessary. But the most important thing is that everyone sticks to it. Thus, at LAVOLÉ, we can hold all therapy sessions with certainty, despite Covid-19.
